Never had an issue with this location until tonight. Both my husband and I have food poison. Both of us had a whopper and within three hours we got sick. Super disappointed.

Building started out as a Hardees then changed in early 90's. Recently remodled inside and out. Kid friendly with a play area.Kid-friendliness: Has play area.
I come here about once a month with no issues but Tonight was terrible. Drive through attendant was really good at interrupting and rude. Ordered the bacon king and the patties were dry as cotton balls, the bacon was closer to pork Jerky. Some peices almost sharp. Fries were a mix between fresh and really cold and stale. I also Ordered a plain burger for my dog and he must've thought the patty was over done to as he only ate the bread. Please fix this so I can enjoy abilene bk again

Horrible service. No one was at the counter for about 5 minutes, and then acted like it was our fault it would take 10 minutes to cook the food. Asked if we would go somewhere else. Very rude. Dirty on the inside, bathrooms hadn't been taken care of for a day or more and the kids area was closed. At least they got the order right on the second try!

Slow to take order. Waited 15 plus minutes after ordering to get food. Several customers walked out, tired of waiting for order to be taken. All tables dirty at 11:50 am. They filled many drive up orders, that ordered after my order, before mine was filled.

my friend ordered 2 chicken wraps, he said they were terrible...each one had 1/2 of a tiny piece of a fried chicken strip, a tiny piece of white lettuce, and drenched in some unusual odd rich sauce....about 6 hours later he woke up w terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. I had onion rings which were ok. The building seemed kinda worn out and dirty. The girl who took order was fine, but one of the workers looked like might need a wage increase, and maybe a dentist

I usually visit the BK in my home town and the service and food there is usually acceptable, but it's "just" fast food, right? On a scale of 1-5, the freshness rating of the food I order at that location is usually a 3 or 4. But today I was on the road and stopped at the BK in Abilene, ordered a couple of regular cheeseburgers and fries. The person at the counter taking orders was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The food came out fast, and I got just what I ordered, but the real shocker was how fresh the burgers and fries were. Much better than I usually expect from BK. Fresh soft buns, the burgers were hot and juicy, and the fries had to have come out of the fry vat less than a minute before they served them to me. As fast food goes, that was a real treat!
