“We had a big family gathering at M&R with 20+. Called a few days before and they were great to work with on reservations. They took great care of us. Our orders were taken quickly and the food came out only after a brief wait and tasted great. The wait staff took great care of us. Highly recommend“

“The fried chicken was a bit overrated since it could use some more seasoning, the breast was a little bit dry. At least the breading was well-seasoned. The sides especially the fruits were overrated to since the pears had a slight mealy texture to it. On the bright side, the mashed potatoes and creamed corn were delicious along with the rolls. The cole slaw was a little too sweet. The ice cream however was not very creamy since there were some ice chunks in it. The dining room was well-decorated with late 19th-century era furnishings and decorations. The experience was good since I've came in with an empty stomach, left with my stomach full at the end of the meal including ice cream, and the staff were friendly.“
