Was in town to visit Eisenhower Presidential Library and Seelye Mansion and stopped by here for lunch. It’s a casual family-owned one room restaurant whose patrons seem to be mostly locals. This is always a good thing. They serve breakfast all day, numerous burgers, sandwiches, and various plates.

We ordered the reuben and BLT sandwiches and the catfish plate with mac n cheese. The veggie of the day was green beans.

Joe Snuffy’s - they must be the reason why Abilene Kansas is one of the friendliest little towns in America! Our server Kelly was welcoming and very kind . Food was AWESOME. Do yourself a favor and get the Snuffy Skillet. Breakfast at its best. Thanks Joe Snuffy- definitely worth the stop !!

Fantastic home cooked meals! The sandwiches are amazing. Couldn’t believe how good the Rueben and BLT are. Must stop when you’re visiting the Eisenhower sites. True hometown experience!!
