We had booked a birthday party in the back rooms and they double booked the room we were all smashed in one side but we mad3 it work. They were very kind and helped out. Didn't see anyone after the drinks and food dropped off or checked on till everyone left. And we cleaned up all they had to do is wipe of the table and chairs.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered personal PAN Pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and green bell peppers. I got nothing extra. I also ordered the uh barbecue chicken wings and they gave me 3 ordered 3 extra sauce cups and one extra cream cheese for my rolls. I didn't get none of that. Pizza hut you have to do better. I also waited almost two hours for my delivery.

Walked in and immediately noticed trash on the floor and saw not one person at the front except for one young purple haired lady, only worker I saw the whole time!! She was running back and forth checking up regardless how many people walked in.. I would have been stressed to no other.. Poor girl needs a raise

Ordered delivery. Had three items, bone in wings were the best. Pasta not a winner, Salad was drenched in dressing, not what I had in mind.
Order from the app, says ready in 40 minutes. Go to pick it, when the app said my order was ready, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the attendant at the window tells me my order hasn’t been started yet. My choice was to wait with no time of completion or request a refund. I parked , went inside to request the refund and speak with the mgr. was ignored for over twenty minutes, finally an attendant says the managers to busy and “won’t talk to me “ she wrote refund on my receipt and said they’ll process refund when they get around to it. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with Pizza Hut, Will not go back and encouraging my friends and family to do the same.

I ordered a carry out order online. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:08. I arrived at 7:05 and was told they were working on it, no worries I can wait, they were busy with a long line at the drive thru. Finally at 7:35 someone from the back brought up my order and handed it to me. Now the cashier is missing...... She finally shows back up I hand her the ticket. She looks at, sets it aside and then asks for my name. I tell her and she is having trouble finding it on her computer. I tell her the ticket number that I just handed her, she glanced at it and then finds it. Yells me she is giving me $5 off for the wait. My total was $16.07 so with the discount it should have been $11.07. (I had used points to pay for wings and bread sticks so was only paying for the pizza). She says my total is $16.07, and I ask about the $5 off. She tries again and now says the total is $6.81. I inquire as to why the almost $10 discount (I know, should have kept my mouth shut). She is confused and starts over. Again I tell her I had used points for 2 items and she now says because I used points she can't give me a discount.....ok. By now food is getting cold and I just want out. A young man had come in during all this and asked if he could go in the back to find a staff member. Cashier walked away to holler at her to come up front. Then the young man who had come in to help out (I think probably a family member) was shown how to make boxes which he started doing -no hand washing or gloves. Disappointed with this visit. Past orders have gone very smoothly and staff was friendly. Hopefully just an off night.
