We were there for Valentine's Day, they did an absolute amazing job of presentation of their love boat! We called ahead, they seated us in the corner where it was quiet, they even went the extra mile & got flowers! The sushi and sashimi were cold, as they should be, and the rolls were spectacular in flavor! Soups were flavorful and hot! Dessert was a pleasant surprise with chocolate covered strawberries & mochi! Absolutely made our night with how above and beyond they went!
The quality and presentation of the food was EXCELLENT. Flavorful, great selection, and a beautiful (clean) atmosphere. Abilene is very lucky to have this level of Asian cuisine... highly recommend!
Just had dinner there . We had sashimi, California roll and a red curry Thai dish . Absolutely delicious and great service- GO !!!

Fuji Asian Kitchen offers phenomenal and delicious food with a nice variety of dishes, including Chinese, Thai, hibachi, sushi, and Korean. The food is excellent and not greasy. Service is friendly, helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. They have a plethora of options, including drinks and specific meals like the KC Strip & scallops, which are cooked perfectly. The restaurant is amazing and is a place you must try.
