Others seem to have had terrible experiences, but every time I've gone to this Sonic, I get my food fast, and it just tastes good. Very rarely do they get my order wrong, and when they do, they fix it quickly. I mostly come between 10-11am, so maybe it's just the golden hour, but other time I've gone has still been good, so idk.
a new employee made a mistake, and the manager threw her under the bus! I was so upset. the manager was so disrespectful, and blamed the employees lack of menu education on the minor mistake. doesn't she understand it is the manager responsibility to make sure employees are educated on the menu?

I've gone here 3 times in the past 2 months. I've asked for no onions or tomatoes on my cheeseburger. Each time I got tomatoes and onions. The onions are chopped real fine so it's not like you can just take them off.
