First when we pulled up it wasn’t very busy which is nice but it was like 5 so makes sense. When we came up to a speaker there was the speaker of course and we needed a second to think and then another person came on and asked the same things. I saw the new ‘shamrock shake’ and asked what flavor it was and the person said it was mint, I like mint so I got it. We ordered and pulled to the window and the person readying our order was slow and could really understand them....read full review
I mean it's McDonald's so you gotta mclove it if it's your jam. They are a little slow sometimes and it is very frequent that anytime you order and there is 1 or 2 other cars you have to pull around and wait. The upside is I have never had cold food from this location. They do pretty good with special orders (ie . No pickles, ect) in my experience they get it right 8 out of 10 times. Wasn't busy when I went in and the gal at the counter was glad to take my order instead of making me use the kiosk...I hate those things.The service was great and the place was very clean but I had to take my food back because it wasn't thoroughly cooked. The manager on duty promptly replaced the order and delivered it to me herself and checked to make sure it was to my liking. I didn't make a huge fuss and I think she appreciated a civil request.
