The only good thing about the Abilene McDonald’s is they keep the tables pretty clean. I’d imagine they’re always clean because no one wants to come into this McDonald’s and get some trash slopped together sandwich/burger. And don’t get me started on how long you’ll wait in the drive through this restaurant is trash.

EVERY single time we order food for delivery you leave something out. This time it was my son’s happy meal. EVERY single time we have let a manager know and it still continues to happen. I don’t want to be a Karen but clearly management doesn’t care to fix the issue so I’ll be sure to file a complaint with corporate.

Drive thru is stupid slow and they have you park and wait? Call it a drive-in not drive thru. Had to drive away so I wasn’t late for work. Sad part is this has happened more than once. But won’t happen again.

First when we pulled up it wasn’t very busy which is nice but it was like 5 so makes sense. When we came up to a speaker there was the speaker of course and we needed a second to think and then another person came on and asked the same things. I saw the new ‘shamrock shake’ and asked what flavor it was and the person said it was mint, I like mint so I got it. We ordered and pulled to the window and the person readying our order was slow and could really understand them. When I tried the shake it was clearly not mint, it was a weird almost key-lime or something, not the best. For I my food I always get the 4d spicy chicken sandwich what I always get and it’s good I love it but I would HIGHLY suggest using full leaf lettuce and not chopped because it doesn’t stay on the sandwich at all, so annoying. Also no sauce was put in bag like they always is. I love McDonald’s and always will but this I was just not impressed with. Thanks.

I mean it's McDonald's so you gotta mclove it if it's your jam. They are a little slow sometimes and it is very frequent that anytime you order and there is 1 or 2 other cars you have to pull around and wait. The upside is I have never had cold food from this location. They do pretty good with special orders (ie . No pickles, ect) in my experience they get it right 8 out of 10 times. Inside is always clean, and staff is friendly. They are a younger group and that shows hence the 4 stars but they do try.

we went through the drive thru. the people at the window kept on with personal conversations and didn’t really acknowledge us. and they didn’t give us the apple pies we paid for and didn’t do us a receipt so we could go back and get them. would not recommend this is the 3rd time food has been left out and the 10th time no receipt was given or even asked if we wanted.

Wasn't busy when I went in and the gal at the counter was glad to take my order instead of making me use the kiosk...I hate those things.The service was great and the place was very clean but I had to take my food back because it wasn't thoroughly cooked. The manager on duty promptly replaced the order and delivered it to me herself and checked to make sure it was to my liking. I didn't make a huge fuss and I think she appreciated a civil request. People get busy and sometimes take shortcuts, life happens and it got resolved simply and easily. I'd visit again when I'm in the neighborhood again.
