1/27/24. We typically stop by Sips when we go thru Kansas on road trips. Good stop for the puppers as they have a relief area and they got some of the best espresso you can find on the road. Sips won’t ever disappoint and their staff are awesome.

The food, coffee, and staff were outstanding. My husband and I had the breakfast sandwiches, a blueberry scone, a chocolate scone, and two delicious coffees. When you go in, there is a sign by the counter asking “how can I pray for you today?”, and even prayer request cards at the tables. There is definitely love in that place!
Parking: There is enough parking about the building, unless dozens of people came once, but there’s a drive-through also!

Excellent grilled chicken salad with lots of delicious bacon cooked just right! The wide selection of teas is worth the trip, too. Conveniently located just off I-70 makes this a healthy fast food option. Don't miss the lattes!

Heading back to the Midwest after a road trip through the PNW, down the West Coast, and back through the Wild West ... I couldn't wait for a coffee shop to open!! As the sun rose, I googled coffee shops on my route. Per my usual, I picked the name I liked the best to venture to. I was delighted that not only was I able to obtain my much anticipated Large Hot Honey Latte with 4 shots of espresso and almond milk, I stumbled upon the home cooked, as good as your grandma makes it, deliciousness of the Sunrise Bagel! The service was beyond wonderful as well! The best food, service, and coffee of my entire trip ( trust me, I drank plenty of lattes)! Next time I'm heading through, I'll be sure to visit. Do yourself a favor and do the same.
