I did a mobile ordered tonight for a small chocolate trick or treat blast a small peanut butter shake and a large ordered of cheddar peppers we go to pick it up thru drive thru and The lady on head set rudely tells us they have no online order and they with a attitude says are you sure its the right location we said yes it says abilene kansas on Buckeye she says well we dont have anything so we said fine we will complain on app so i did i didnt receive any of my food they refused to look at my phone for proof of order and when I explained that to customer service they said the processed a refund and it take 7 to 10 business day to come back to me so I can get charger night away but i have to wait that long to receive my money back when it wasent my fault and this isnt the first time ive had to contact them ive had stuff missing or not correct alot i am super pissed at this sonic here in abilene for not even letting me show them my order and giving me attitude

The girl who took our order over the intercom from the park and eat thought it was funny to pretend she could not hear me. She made me repeat myself 3 times for each of 4 orders. I guess she was not busy enough so she felt the need to play games with the microphone/speaker? Our food arrived very fast and I told our server about the girl taking the order and she apologized but did not seem surprised that this was happening. Then, the final blow. The food was awful. Stale buns on sandwiches, old cold fries, the beef was also substandard and the chicken strips weren't fit for fish bait. This place is a dumpster fire.
