To start with, the place has a stench to it, I’m not sure what it is but I couldn’t stand to eat inside from it. I am also writing this from my bathroom, where I’ve been over 20 times a day since I ate here a few days ago. I don’t think they’re practicing good hygiene there, or they aren’t swapping ingredients out when they’re supposed to, either way, I’ve been spewing pure liquid, with no ability to eat anything, and I can’t work because I’m so dizzy from the dehydration.

Did an online pick up, wasn't ready until 4:37 when pick up was at 4:11. Wrong cheese, not to any fault of their own but they were out of the Italian bread. I understand being busy but if they focused more on organization I truly believe they would have an easier time. I've seen subways run better by 1 person in the city during dinner rush. Usually have no problems with this subway. Also sandwich was unlabeled, which was very inconvenient considering I'm allergic to olives and my husband's sandwich had olives on it. If I hadn't checked the sandwich this could have been a very different story. I appreciate the ladies who work there, I just hope that I don't experience today's issues again.

I made a mobile order. Waited 45 minutes past the ready time. Got ignored multiple times by employees. Everything in the order was wrong. I payed for extra meat and extra cheese on most of them and DID NOT receive. I get being swamped but prioritize and it wouldn’t be that big of an issue. 4 people walked out with full orders before they told me they were starting on mine (they said they had already started on it twice)

The only reason I’m doing a four star and not a five star is because I had some veggie stems in my sandwich. Everyone was super polite and friendly. Fast service!

Abilene Ks has the absolute worst Subway they never have a sandwich done when ordered on the app what is the point so frustrating every, I can see once in a while but EVERY TIME?

Ordered in the app went in to pick my food up after it was supposed to be done and was there over 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done one girl asked me and another customer who showed up after me for the names on the order and she immediately walked away and rushed the other customers food out to them while I continued to wait then after 30 minutes of waiting another customer came in and they immediately tried to find her order wile I continued to be ignored I finally had to go back to work without my food and had called them to get a refund and the girl who answered the phone was laughing at the situation and didn't care she needs to be fired on the spot just for laughing at me for not getting my food I will never go to another subway unless this is somehow rectified

They gave me the completely wrong sandwich, no meat, nothing but vegetables! I asked for a Chicken Bacon Ranch and I ended up with a veggie sandwich instead and so when I went back there to have them fix it, I realized it was after hours, because their new hours is that they shut down at 8pm. This was like at 8:05/8:10, and she would not even come to the door to see what was wrong, and I was trying to explain to her that I was given the wrong sandwich and she basically brushed me off and said “no, we close at a 8, go away!” Very very rude!!! So I paid for a sandwich I don’t even want! You don’t do this to your customers, to someone whose very hungry & worked a long day! Not happy at all!! From looking at all the bad reviews, it’s shameful how poorly managed this store is run!

I tried to place an online order and I got there and it wasn’t ready they were waiting for the “due date” to even start it, the due date comes and they are still there taking the order of all the people who came in after me? So I’m technically next in line but you decide to do the people after me? Ridiculous, not to mention my order was way late past the due date but they put it i as finished in the system so it didn’t say it was late. Awful restraint awful people.

3rd time my orders have been messed up

So I understand short staffed and I am a polite person but when you have to take a full day to calm down before commenting! Yesterday around 6 pm I went to the deive through , only car there ordered 1 sandwich 1 protein bowl almost 30 dollors. The lady at the window was so rude and short no comment to thank you almost threw what little change I fot back at me slammed tje window. I waited 27 minutes for the food again that was tossed out the window with a slam of the window. Mind you I live 30 minutes from there had just worked a 13 hour shift and was getting dinner something quick and easy. Got home gave tje sandwich to my son and first off it wasn't even the correct sandwich and yes I checked tje receipt but the sandwich had nothing hardly on it. It looked like a five year old made it. Tje protein bowl was barely half full and was so bad my dog would not even eat it. Should have known because this store is never open the hours it says and service is always poor to say the least.
