Based on the reviews, El Corral Mexican Restaurant is a five-star restaurant located just south of I-70 in a cute small town. The food is great and the service is fantastic. The waiters are very polite and helpful, and the manager checks on customers. The Fajita Burrito is massive, like the size of a forearm, and can be made with shrimp. It has a delicious queso sauce and sautéed peppers inside. The chips and salsa are great, and the queso is very good. The best California burrito is available, and can be made with carnitas. The huevos rancheros are the real deal for Kansas. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is amazing for big parties. The restaurant has beautiful art and nice details. It is a wonderful tucked away spot, right across from the Antique Emporium. Customers highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back.
