Absolutely horrid service. We barely sat down and had racial comments made by the chef to the only non-white member of our party. Disgusting behavior, do not support them. The chef pointed to my friend after we sat down and said “who’s the Indian girl,” to my Venezuelan friend and while that isn’t an issue, his response was. She said “I’m the birthday girl,” trying to respond playfully, and he said “that’s not my problem.” This was not said playfully but deadpan and serious, but then said, “don’t worry, I won’t call ICE.” Are you kidding me?

We certainly were not going to stay for our reservation. Before leaving, this matter was brought up to the owner, who had originally set our reservation. She became defensive and called us “sensitive.”

I would rather eat trash than ever support a restaurant that so blatantly racist. Disgraceful.

ONE STAR - As soon as we were seated the chef made a targeted racist comment followed by another very insensitive comment towards my friend. We decided to leave and paid for the drinks we had ordered. While paying, I was asked why we decided to leave and, after explaining, I was told my friend was “too sensitive” while defending and making excuses for the chef. We didn’t make a scene we just simply didn’t want to be there anymore, they are the ones who asked for more details and then wanted to give me attitude. If you are Hispanic please beware of going to this restaurant. We will not be back & would urge everyone to consider where they spend their money and who they choose to support.

PS I made reservations online and when I called to confirm was told they don’t take reservations online. Which was weird since I made reservations online and got texted confirmations.

Such a cute interior and very friendly people working here. The chef was so funny and engaging! The garlic fried rice, edamame, gyoza and sesame chicken were great. Texture and taste on the steak was so so, kind of bland. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back.

I highly recommend ADV Forest. Boon is an amazing chef and Cyndy runs a tight ship. Their customer service is the best in Wichita for any restaurant. Once you visit you are treated like family.

Visited there for the first time today, really yummy food for a reasonable price and the chef was really funny. Overall great little local gem!

This small atmosphere is bar none better than the big restaurants. Very personal, and attentive to our needs. Food is always good. Better than sumos!!

You should probably change the hours on internet pages if you're going to be gone a whole month

Fried rice was so good.
Wasn't a big fan of the sesame chicken. Lacked flavor .

This is a must visit local place! Everything about this place is awesome! The owners are wonderful and the food is excellent!

It's a nice little spot. Very small compared to similar places in Wichita, but that isn't a bad thing. Food was good, service was good as well.

Absolutely AMAZING and ATTENTIVE staff! Such a fun and quaint environment to be in! I love how it’s so close as well! The food is DELICIOUS!!! and great priced!! Highly recommended! ❤️❤️
