Didn't end up getting anything. They couldn't even be bothered to come inside from their smoke break. Not a single person working inside. They watched me pull up and clearly didn't care.

Had issues with my mobile ordering and called the location. Teshawn picked up and was extremely hospitable and fulfilled/resolved my issues. The people here at this location are great and they deserve a bonus! Plus the food is always hot and fresh.

Mar 27th we ordered from Arby's in the drive thru and had a very small issue. I called back to let them know - we were unable to return to get it corrected but Lori resolved it for us. I want to let Lori know that we appreciate her going the extra step and we will be returning in the future.

This location has gone down hill. Last three visits have been bad. Potatoes taste like the fish is fried in same oil. My meal has been dropped in front of me, and now some weird nasty oil or salad dressing was added to my beef n cheddar sandwiches.

Mid afternoon I ordered one Reuben sandwich and two French dip sandwiches. The Rubens were good or normal, and the French dip sandwiches sucked! The Woman? at the window scolded me for not telling her I had a coupon which I normally deliver at the window when I’m paying. Our Rubens that I normally order are always very good
