Mar 27th we ordered from Arby's in the drive thru and had a very small issue. I called back to let them know - we were unable to return to get it corrected but Lori resolved it for us. I want to let Lori know that we appreciate her going the extra step and we will be returning in the future.
Stopped through earlier today for lunch. Went through the drive thru and Samantha who took our order was very friendly and helpful. Got everything that we order. Had to park to side while they worked on our order, but do understand that the larger orders can take a bit longer and wait time was in no way excessive.
Counter help is bright, cheerful, and patient. Enjoyable to deal with. The restaurant is clean, airy (lots of windows and natural light), and has a comfortable temperature. Food was served hot but was typical fast food fare. Had the BLT special, jalapeno poppers (they were surprisingly good), and a soda.
