Employee (looked to be the manager on shift) was very rude to some teenagers who came in, in a group to order food. She ushered them into a straight line so they were not in her way twice. Rather rude both times. The kids were all respectful and deserved to be treated the same in respect. Very disappointing to see an adult treat children like they are much lesser than them, when the boys appeared to have more manners.

Small town DQ is a great treat. Good food and ice cream but service could be more prompt as many customers were waiting for someone to stand at the register. Now I don't know why this was happening but it did get annoying to watch people looking behind the counter for service.

My experience was 5 star on this visit. The food and service were great, and the place was clean.
HOWEVER, if you're a larger person beware that the seating is fixed--meaning that the chairs and tables DO NOT move. So, if you or someone with you is on the larger side, skip dine-in and go through the drive-thru!!
This also may limit wheelchair use in the dining area.
