I visited the Andover location on Friday on 6/16/23 about 11:00 a.m. I wanted a special deal that was only available on the mobile app, which I had never used. The young man at the inside register was very kind and polite! He helped me access the app, was very patient with me, and never made me feel rushed. I was very impressed with his customer service skills!!! Great job!!!
ordered big breakfast with pancakes and when got home there was no syrup for them. it's always something there. I'm about done with this McDonald's.
We waited for 15 minutes until my Mom got up and asked when our order would be ready (four drinks, a hamburger Happy Meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and a McChicken + McCrispy). McDonald's is a popular fast-food chain that offers a variety of menu items, including the delicious iced Caramel latte, cheeseburger bundles, and a 13-cookie box of hot, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies. The fries are described as a mix of crisp and soggy, while the 20-piece nuggets are tasty with the correct sauces. The service is hit-or-miss, but many customers appreciate the friendly and polite staff, especially at the drive-thru. One employee was noted for his professional voice and pride in his job, checking orders before handing them out. However, the restaurant could benefit from an additional drive-thru window to address order errors more efficiently. The location is also described as a nice spot to grab food and enjoy a picnic at nearby parks.
