I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.
