“Today we got a spoon with our shaved ice; as did the rest of the patrons on site. I asked for a straw hoping to find a scooping mechanism at the end, but I got standard no.2 straw. I’m not sure if this is the new norm or not but I guess it will take some getting used to. My 3 year old daughter got some good reps in on hand/table tools as our ancestors have been doing for thousands of years. Give us a couple of more years and we’ll be pros. Will probably come back because it’s not that big of deal. Please bring back the stroon.“

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Maize Rd. Crumbl Cookies! From the moment you step through the door, the store smells absolutely heavenly—you’re immediately greeted by the delicious aroma of freshly baked treats.

The staff went above and beyond for me by putting together a last-minute, same-day order for a special event. Their wonderful service and genuine kindness meant so much, especially when I was on a tight timeline.

And, of course, the cookies themselves are out of this world! Every single flavor was completely delicious, fresh, and a total hit at the event.

“I was immediately greeted at the window by employee who was wearing latex gloves, behind her all Employees were busy all wearing latex gloves. All Employees appeared to be happy and enjoying what they were doing. After she took the money and handed my change she peeled off latex gloves and put on a new pair and proceeded back to tasking. They were quick and fast and the custard was excellent. Highly recommend this place. They were super busy. Seeing you are served outside it would be nice if they had a bathroom you could use to wash your hands after consumption of. Nice to see people who care about food safety in handling customers food. Thank you.“
