Teach your drive through to listen and not talk over your customers. Messed up our order forgot stuff tried to hand us items that should have been placed in a bag or a drink tray.

ordered 22$ worth of food and you would think they would cook it all the way. Nope! My burger was pink, and not even smashed all the way one side was and the other wasn’t. I don’t even know why they would send that burger out. But i know what freddie’s i will no longer be going to is

Not enough seating for the crowd and very noisy couldn't hear numbers call

Went through the drive-through in Andover , Ks about 1 o’clock there was not a line and service was friendly. I had ordered my usual -the patty melt meal. I got home ,thought it looked different and realized there was only a single patty.i hope this isn’t a change and maybe just an easy fix / training issue.

I went twice in 1 week and spent more than an hour there total. I have no problem if a restaurant is having issues and can’t quite get the food out in a fast manner but 30 minutes is enough time to wait to warrant an apology. Maybe not even an apology just a form of communication between a customer and the people running the restaurant but both times there was absolutely no communication and no apology whatsoever for the outrageous wait time. Once is one thing but twice is another. In the business world communication between people is an extremely important aspect to have and this Freddy’s has none. Therefor I will no longer be giving this location my business.
