Orders are always messed up or items missing. It happens every time and it is so frustrating.
I had my child there on Sunday afternoon at 130 we were the only customers in the restaurant. It was being supervised and I use that lightly by teenagers very dirty, foul-mouthed irresponsible teenagers. Didn't call or attempt to bring our food to us threw 2 sleeves on lids on the floor. The tables were dirty and needed wiped down our food was cold . My child had to go to the counter and get our food. Playing in a spilled bucket of water proceeded to fall on the floor. I visited the Andover location on Friday on 6/16/23 about 11:00 a.m. I wanted a special deal that was only available on the mobile app, which I had never used. The young man at the inside register was very kind and polite! He helped me access the app, was very patient with me, and never made me feel rushed. I was very impressed with his customer service skills!!! Great job!!!
