“Re edited; I went recently and they had since apologized for the mistake and I appreciated that they recognized me as a regular and the past few times I’ve been the drinks have been great!
Old review; I love Dutch bros but there have been a few times my drinks have been messed up, I always order ahead and I specifically like my drink to be extra sweet as I am not a huge fan of strong coffee tastes, but it’s not a huge problem if they forget. BUT today I wasn’t happy, I ordered my iced coffee and got a blended mocha for my fiancé with extra shots like he likes it, totaling his drink to have 7 shots total and for my iced coffee to be extra sweet as usual. I pick up my drink and noticed it wasn’t extra sweet, which was fine if it was forgotten again but my fiancé tried his blended mocha when I brought it to him and tried my drink and said mine had way more coffee in it than his, I couldn’t tell at first but I think they ended up giving my iced coffee the extra shots. The only way I really know is because if I have more than 4 shots of espresso then I get really tired or even become susceptible to panic attacks as I have adhd and anxiety, well after I finished my coffee, not an hour later I started becoming really tired and It was hard to focus at work in that condition. I don’t like complaining because I understand mistakes happen but that’s a big mistake if I was given way too many espresso shots without my knowledge, if I had any more caffeine previously this morning then I could’ve been worse off. Other than that, they are usually pretty nice and the prices are great for what you are getting, just please, don’t give the wrong drink the wrong amount of espresso.“

“I love this place so much!!! The food is so delicious, I’ve never had anything that I absolutely didn’t love. Not only that, but the servers are above and beyond!! They are so friendly, happy and want to truly make your experience to be everything it should be! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!“

“Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and when it came out, the plate had like 6 chips on it. Seemed pretty steep for the price ($15), but we asked for more chips and they brought out an entire plate more for free. It came with the dip, as well as a small cup of salsa. Both tasted great! Extra chips made up for the perceived lack of portion size. For a main course, I got the 10oz Filet with mashed potatoes, and "something green" (green beans). The Filet was excellently prepared at requested "medium", with a ton of flavor! It was a stark contrast to what we got at Salt**ass. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned, with a nice crust! Sizes came in 6oz(?), 10oz, and 14oz. Easily the best steak I've had at a restaurant. I wish I would've gotten the 14oz, but not because I was still hungry....I just didn't want to good time to end. 🥴 Next up was the mashed potatoes.....and ho-lee-sht. Creamy, full of flavor! I could be wrong, but i felt like I tasted onions in them? I dont really know what's in them for sure, but i feel like I need to create a Redrock Anonymous group to deal with the withdraw I will be battling, until we inevitably go back. Green beans were also excellent. Not a lot to go over in specifics, but they were awesome, and the perfect companion to the rest of the culinary masterpieces on my plate. Our waitress was super attentive, and quick to refill drinks before they were empty. Very knowledgeable in specials and pricing, and overall a great communicator. This was literally the best meal I've had out at a restaurant, period, and Redrock is likely going to be our go-to for celebrations, and date night's from now on. If you haven't been, you've gotta go! Food: 10/10 Value: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10“

“We ate here for the first time and we’ll definitely be coming back. The food was amazing, but what really made our experience special was our waitress, Cyanna. She was incredibly kind, funny, and patient with us and had us smiling and laughing the entire time. She checked in at just the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made us feel welcome.

“I am pretty basic and like Olive Garden food. The wait time for service was a bit long, but the server was great! I highly recommend going when they have their special offers! The quantity of food you get is pretty good for the price. I always end up having food left over to take home.“

“I would classify this as more of a Tex-Mex style restaurant but having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors!

The salsa is served mild and hot but the hot is more of a mild-medium. Ask for the spicy one made with jalapeños. It was fantastic and you will not be disappointed!!

Hubby ordered the burritos and they are served with a very delightful queso sauce ontop. Beef and chicken - both were great.

I had the sopes and although the chile verde was quite flavorful, the masa was super hard around the edges which were too hard to even cut with the steak knife (really!) Once I removed the outter ring the rest of the cake was fine and had great flavor.

Our server was kind. There was no wait for a table which I did find unusual for a Friday night. I was not complaining at all though - speedy service is great when a restaurant isn’t slammed. lol

Overall, I’d give it a whirl again and maybe try something new next time.“

These are the most filling and most satisfying meals I've ever ordered (I've tried about 8 different companies). It is nothing fancy (which I love, and let's them offer competitive pricing) just a vacuum sealed tray and awesome food. Biscuits and Gravy is my favorite!“
