This Subway will not honor coupons the Franchise supports. The mailer that comes to your house that is for all Subways is not recognized by Andover’s store. This subway has been known to have bad service for many years. The employees frown on fixing their salads from what the customer wants. The owner doesn’t seem to care how the customers are treated. It’s hard to support a restaurant when the customer is always taken advantage of……👎👎👎
Not sure why, tried to call in order, no answer. Drove by, sign on, lights on, customers inside. Got out of car, held door for people coming out ......then all lights went off inside, heard he door lock, employees started closing everything off. Hmmmm it’s 8:00 pm and webpage, sign on door, Google all say “closes 9:00 pm”.
I’m done with Sub-way. Whoever owns the Andover franchise needs to step it up or close it down. Honestly if they close it down I’m not sure anyone...read full review
