The strawberry popyseed salad was great, extra protein with the included cottage cheese is a plus. An alternative to a dressing whose ingredientslist starts with high fructose corn syrup might be good. Maybe balsamic dressing? Since dinner was followed up by German chocolate ice cream I guess I can't get too uppity.
Love Braums. Can't go wrong here. Fresh meals, and their grocery items are the best.
Wish they would bring back rum raisin ice cream its the best

Whoever made my burger understood the assignment so perfectly, I said only onions on my burger and they put like half an onions worth on there and some were falling out I was so happy when I opened it up later.
Service was smooth and reliable.

Super nice staff but once purchased some expired ice cream/ ice milk. Last time at drive up someone gave ice cream to drive up person which was busy on intercom which put down on counter. waited a minutes more until someone else came and gave melted.

Really disappointed with my lunch this afternoon from our Ark City Braums.. Smallest chicken patty I've ever seen come out of their kitchen. And with how thin and pathetic this patty is it's highly over cooked and dry. 4 chicken sandwiches in my order and every other one was twice as thick and twice as wide.
Always delicious
Unfortunately the customer service at the drive-thru during the morning shift has been consistently poor. The woman working the pickup window is often very rude, sometimes not saying a single word when handing out the order and rolling her eyes when simple requests like asking for ketchup are made. It feels like customers are just being rushed through as quickly as possible with no basic courtesy. Customer-facing jobs require at least minimal interaction and politeness, and that seems to be missing here. I hope management looks into improving the morning drive-thru experience.
I like ice cream
Typical Brauns. Efficient. Quick service. Acceptable food. Small market. Good ice cream selection (I like their soft serve yogurt best). Clean restrooms.
