While trying to use the app to order for the convenience. The app wouldn’t let me pay with my card. While trying multiple times on the app I was rejected. I asked politely to speak with manager. Very respectful gentleman, turned problems into a peaceful understanding. Thanks Atchison sonic for hiring a gentleman.
they treated my husband well tonight. He is a trucker trying to do his part in keeping our country going during this mess. The manager made sure he got to eat tonight and I truly appreciate it!!! God bless you!
The Night Mgr was parked in a handicap parking stall. When we questioned it. 2 Employee's would not reply. I said to the Carhop, i just posted it on FB. Thats when the Nigh Mgr came out, asked what the problem was. They said it was Policy to park their at Night. They also said they can call the Police & have us Escorted off the property. FYI: I called another Sonic in another City. That Shift Mgr. said "that was not their policy, it is for any customer that needs it." WE WILL...read full review
