service after the ownership change is less than desired. really wanted this place to stick around but I will do my best to steer people away. 1 star for the clean lines in the parking lot 0 stars for the piss poor attitude of the make shift older lady host. I get it, I believe you should be retired too but you chose to provide a service. if you dont like it draw your social security and be content with that.
On August 12, 2025, fifteen of us went to Kelley's for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. We were all curious how the food and service would be with the new owners. I called in a Togo order. I ordered a cheeseburger but wanted to substitute cottage cheese for fries. The lady told me it would be $1.00 extra for cottage cheese. However, after I got there, I found out they have a cheeseburger with cottage cheese for the exact same price. Why would you charge me $1.00 extra then?? That doesn’t make sense.
