Pizza Hut in Baxter Springs

“Me and my partner came in for a dine-in close to their close time, the guy taking our order noticed that we had one dollar left after ordering, we sat down and that same guy came over and asked if we wanted drinks with that, we said yes and my partner got up to go pay with a card and our server said no I’ll pay for it. Throughout our time there he was continuously nice and at the end when we asked if we could please pay for the drinks because we felt bad he of course said no. All this made our night and we ended up giving him our one dollar back as a tip and a $50 gift card we had in our wallets and loved seeing his reacting through we window as we left!“

“Stopped by to pickup an order for two pizzas and a salad and found they had not included one of the pizzas. Have ordered over the phone from this location numerous times and this was the first time they got the order wrong. The person at the window apologized for the mistake and without being asked gave us the pizza that was missing at no cost. Thanks to how it was handled, I will not remember the mistake but will remember how much my family enjoyed the pizza.“
