Place closes 20 minutes early. Minimum. If you go there 10 or 15 minutes before close, they will tell you they don't have any roast, beef, brisket or bacon. lol Literally just change your hours to 10:30? Why even list that you're open??

I didn't order any food, but I was doing some work, but I noticed the Manager Haley helping out some customers, she was very patient and explained the menu to the customers very well and helped them make a decision. Haley is very friendly and makes a perfect manager.

Clean well run Arby’s. Did not disappoint my craving for a beef and cheddar! Service was fast and friendly and the food was exactly what you would want from an Arby’s location. Full menu and a quiet place to enjoy lunch.

Went threw drive threw an the person taking my order was less then polite. Got my food an was shorted 1 order of the mac an cheese bites. Was not a good experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Arby’s was a disaster. I watched in horror as the lady preparing my sandwich literally grabbed leftover slivers of roast beef scraps and slapped them onto my sandwich. Couldn’t eat it, left it.
Meanwhile, the guy working the fry station casually picked at the fries with his bare hands and ate some. Gloves? Hygiene? Apparently not a thing here.
To top it off, the place was filthy—sticky counters. I regret stepping foot in this location. Avoid at all costs unless you want to question every bite you take.
Super excited to pull up and see potato cakes are back! Only to find out they accidentally left the sign up and actually do not carry them. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times because the person helping us was busy doing other things while attempting to take our order. After getting frustrated trying to decide what is or is not available to order, my husband chose to order, I chose not to try to piece together a meal from this location and instead went to Pizza Hut across the street. We live less than 2 miles from this store and will not be returning. Hopefully the Paola Kansas location is more on pointe!!!

Good food, but the tables aren’t wiped down, sauces are only available in packets (behind the counter), the water pressure in the bathroom is low, and the paper towel dispenser doesn’t work. The little things prevent this location from being great.

This was a wonderful meal served up SUPER FAST these ladies were very nice very pleasant smiling faces there were two cars in front of me when I placed my order in less than 10 minutes I was driving away with my meal of 2 original roast beef for 6 bucks a spicy chicken sandwich meal crinkle fries and iced tea this Arby's has a great crew I will go back to this one
