In Bonner Springs you're either a Red Fortune person or a Evergreen person. Not only am I an Evergreen person, it's my all time favorite Chinese restaurant. Cashew Chicken and Chicken Fried rice are my favorites. Everything else has been good that I have tried. If you call ahead or just don't want to get out of your car, they have a drive thru. Most dishes are ready in 10 minutes or less.
Lin's Evergreen is the best Chinese restaurant in the region! Friendly owner & staff. Always clean & neat in the restaurant. HUGE portions... we always have lots to take home, which makes great leftovers. Large menu with lots of different choices. The pricing is fair & will not break your budget. All in all, it's a truly great place to eat. We live in Lawrence, but we drive to Lin's Evergreen about once a month. That's just how good it is!

What a wonderful eating experience for us. Service was above average and the young man was so nice. The ambiance was average and if they rearranged it could be more cozy. The dumplings were wonderful but we didn't like the crab Rangoon. Spice was perfect in our Lo Mein and the chicken was plentiful. There was enough left over for lunches for the next two days.
