Ordered takeout so we could use the restroom. Bathrooms and dining area was clean, however our wait time for our order was longer than expected. They seemed to be more focused on the drive through.

if i could give this place a 1 i would mind you I have places to be there is no one in here and itās taken more than 20 minutes for my food to come out there is 4 workers in the front hustle standing there talking while they gave one person cooking food for all orders no one in the drive thru and in the building but me my sister and my friend this is activating i have somewhere to be at 4

Very clean in the rest room. Very clean in the dining area. No trash in the parking lot. Door glass needed cleaned. Our server was nice and polite. The cashier was patient and didn't rush us rudely. Everything but the door glass has my thumbs up. I recommend doing business with them......April 2025. I just had to say I have been coming to this restaurant for several days. No matter what time of day the food is warm and fresh. First time I needed to wait for my food. That is fine with me. My meal was delivered to my pickup by a very kind, caring, young lady named Gina. I had to thank her for her kindness and that I appreciated her and her smile. Those 2 things are important to pass on to others. OK let's focus. Food is great service is great place is clean. What more can you ask for. I recommend bringing your business here. Yes I'm still here eating my breakfast. Love it! Sincerely, J. A.

Poor service.. charge for condiments called customer service to ask why. Gm called and accused me of cussing even though I only said I don't want to sound like a prick..not calling him a prick or any of his employees. Spend 25 bucks and get bad service cold food .they did give me 2 more bar b que sauces after i asked for refund and attempted to return the food. I even pulled out my temp gun and read the cold chicken nuggets only 64 degrees after 5 min drive back to work.. never will I step foot back on that property . I wasn't going to post anything but the gm that called put me in the mood so I figured I would waste more of my time. Looking at all this stores reviews it appears that the community feels the same . Oh..and not one apologie from him. Good luck people
It's your average McDonald's - same low quality food that somehow still hits the spot, at a reasonable price (depending on what you order and if you use the mobile app)
Sometimes the line gets ridiculously long at this particular location; usually after concerts at Sandstone or busy weekends at the Renaissance Festival. There aren't really any alternative McD's in the area to go to instead. Fortunately, they generally keep the line moving pretty quickly.

I'm very surprised. I usually have a very good experience getting breakfast here but I just got pancakes that are so cold the butter won't even melt at all and hateful looks from whoever's running your window because they forgot to give me the two hash browns that I ordered with my pancakes.

My favorite part is pulling around the building to the line of cars that got there drinks and asked to pull foward and gettin $60 worth of COLD FOOD!!!! after 20 minutes!!! Every single time. Ask anybody from town this store has gone down the toilet

Kinda pointless for āfast foodā when they always have you pull all the way around to the front to wait 10 minutes for your food. Thereās been several times they tell you to āpull aroundā but the line is wrapped around and backed up to the window. This is the only location Iāve had this problem at. Unless you have 10-20 minutes to spare, drive a little further to a different location.

We hadnāt got mostly any of the food that we had ordered we only got four cheeseburgers when we had specifically wanted four cheeseburgers and one medium fry and one small fry, like how hard is that to do? Someone explain that to me!!!!!!!!????????
