Will you please fix your app so it will work. 50% of the time I have to call in my order and they will not give the discount when I have a promo code because I am calling in order. Very frustrating.

Order pizza and salad for delivery. Left pizza at door without even ringing bell. Did not leave salad. Called the store and was told I could come pick a salad up. He then hung up on me. I immediately called back and was told it was a 3rd part delivery. Nothing they could about it (even though I assume they took my money) The person was extremely rude. Could have at least said “I’m sorry” or been less rude. Used to love this place . No more

I was told to grab a papa Murphey’s pizza by friend in Lee’s summit. Evidently the owner of the Bonner location hasn’t visited that location. Terrible service with eye rolls when asked about condiments. Sarcasm on the phone when we needed a topping taken off the pizza. And to top it off we were over charged. Great job folks.
