I ordered three calzones yesterday and paid over $30 plus I tiped the driver and all three of them were burnt to a crisp. Hardly any filling soft, it was all dried out and they were terrible I would not recommend Pizza Hut in Bonner Springs to anyone
We've been ordering from this location for more than a decade. Tonight we ordered our usual pizza at 6.30 pm.
We called an hour later and were told there was no record of our order; that the order had been taken, but not submitted; that they were short-handed; that it could still be made with another wait; that we could receive a discount on our *next* order.
Meanwhile, delivery guy calls. He's lost. Gave him directions. Shows up with a two hour old pizza and apologies....read full review

The service is great and everybody is so friendly. Although minor mistakes may occur, the staff is quick to rectify the situation. With flavorful pizzas, such as their signature offerings, customers keep coming back for more. It is a pick-up and delivery Pizza Hut that does everything just as you’d expect.
