Order my fod at 7pm tonight and never got it at all and they said it was delivered and I never received it and when I called about it the hung up on me because they where closing. I payed for it and never got it this is ridicules and I want my food I payed for so now I don't get to eat now because they never brought me my food

I understand they were busy, and I had to wait 10 minutes past when I was scheduled to pick up my pizza. That’s no problem, to be expected when the order before yours was at least 25 pizzas for one customer. My problem is the quality of the pizza. It looked like it had been setting for quite some time( way more than the 10 minutes I had to wait past the pickup time) It was not even warm, and looked dehydrated. The ham strips, mushrooms looked like they were dehydrated and there was no pizza juice(grease for lack of a better word). Overall very disappointing, I will be calling the store tomorrow am

I went in to get wings and a pizza the service was great everybody was so friendly especially the girl at the counter was great her name was Marissa she was so sweet and helpful would definitely come back!

I ordered at 6pm, website said 7pm delivery, i called at 7:40pm to check on my order as it was late, i wasn't that worried about it being late, the employee that answered had a rude tone with her greeting, i just wanted an update but when i asked about my order i was instantly hung up on and the website won't even let me leave feedback, don't recommend

Food was fine but while I was waiting with a lobby the employees were yelling profanities back and forth between each other for a solid 10 minutes. When asked an employee said she told them to stop and texted the manager. Would not recommend shopping here. Horrible atmosphere and insanely unprofessional.

Like no thank u I'll stick to glory days pizza they never disappoint and always get our orders correct. Do better pizza hut. seriously. Ruined my evening

Ordered for delivery, I called about an hour after they said it would be delivered. First they told me it was still there. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me he had made a mistake and the driver came back from trying to deliver and said they had came to my house, knocked on the door, and had tried to call me. My dogs go crazy when someone knocks and nobody tried to call me. I can accept the truth but don't lie to me. Terrible customer service.
Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. You know what it is. This place is that. It’s not the 90s anymore. No more arcade games and soda fountains. It’s a pick-up/delivery Pizza Hut. They do everything just as you’d expect.

This place when my family ordered pizza ended up giving me a stomach virus and was sick for two days and just recently my mom got a gallbladder attack and had to go to the hospital. So this place is doing something so wrong that it’s me and my family sick that I will never order here again and it needs to get straightened up. I wish I could give negative stars.

The last several orders placed were not good. I had to go to the counter to get my order when waiting because they put it in the warmer instead of calling my name. The orders were incorrect and my last visit they gave my pizza to the wrong person and had to remake it and then it was wrong after confirming the order. Gave me a credit that expired before it could be used. This location has permanently lost a loyal customer. I've had enough bad experiences there that I won't go back. I've been a shift manager at a Pizza Hut before so I understand mistakes but not constantly repetitive with every order.
