This location is the total opposite of a blind date, it’s like seeing your crush. You get excited, you show up happy, and it never lets you down. I order here 4–5 times a week, and honestly, that alone should count as a five-star review.
If you’ve read my other Starbucks review, you’ll recognize the blind-date analogy. This store is a whole different vibe. The drinks are always on point (chef’s kiss), and the staff and management are consistently warm, friendly, and on their game.
This is the Starbucks that reminds you why you keep coming back in the first place.

These people apparently need 5-7 minutes to make a single drink. And will complain if you give them anything less. Clear the entire place out. Just a bunch of lazy people that don't want to work
I go in the mornings around 7:45am through the drive through and they are always super fast!! It’s really nice when heading to work. Today I ordered and paid in under a minute!

Not my usual cafe. Loved the fall decorations at this location! Lots of seating, including big, comfy chairs. The centerpiece was at the center of a big banquet table. Sat there as they were quite busy but those chairs were comfy too.
Had a coconut milk latte with Bacon & Gruyere Egg Bites and a fruit pouch. (They didn't have the Avocado Spread, which I highly recommend with the egg bites, but the pouch was good too.) Looking forward to more gluten free options I keep hearing are coming! Also got some beans for home. The barista who ground it actually brought it out to me instead of leaving at the counter, which I thought was very nice. All the staff were very friendly.

Thank you. Thanks for helping me use up my gift card so I don't need to ever come back to a Starbucks. Besides my order being wrong and the coffee tasting burnt, the prices are almost three times higher than DB. Also thank you for the lack of customer service too.

They can see if you to or not and their attitude will change depending on that. Some times tip massively, and sometimes I can't but need a drink to keep me up for the drive home so I don't fall asleep and die. Pray for an understanding barista.

I come to this place every single day and spend a lot of money here. I don’t think I’ll be back. I was lied to about the contents of my drink. The barista said there wasn’t any sugar in a drink that clearly had sugar in it and today I was lectured about making an order online and then going through the drive-through immediately. This will be the last time I ever come here.

I go here because they open at 4 am. I ordered after 4am on the mobile app and it gave me the order received, order in process, and then order complete. Got to the store at 415 and place is locked up. About 420 to 425 they opened and I had to wait while people who showed up at the drive through got their orders. No apology, nothing about sorry, we can’t get to work on time. Well hey, look who else was late to work because you can’t open the store on time. This guy!

Extremely racist employees. drink ordered today with an unwanted/unasked joke written on it that was inappropriate. Have video proof. A racist joke written due to profiling when ordering. Do not go here. They tried hiding the answer of the joke under the order sticker.

Store closing before 9 pm. Last time we visited the drink we ordered was apparently out of season and didn't say anything until we went to pay, also didn't offer anything similar. The girl seemed irritated when we couldn't come up with a decision immediately. Don't recommend this starbucks. Worth the drive to go to the Shawnee location.

Starbucks, I was thrilled when a location opened conveniently along my commute, but unfortunately, my excitement has turned to frustration. Time and again, the service at this store has been disappointing. From unenthusiastic interactions at the mic to unavailable food items and drinks consistently made incorrectly, each visit feels like a letdown.
Today’s experience was a prime example: I ordered an iced Americano with extra ice and received one with no ice at all for the last time. After asking for it to be remade so my foam didn’t turn my drink into a latte, I was handed yet another warm iced drink without any ice. To top it off, I wasn’t refunded for the incorrectly made order—even though the label clearly reflected what I requested.
As an entrepreneur, I understand the value of consistency and quality in building trust and satisfaction with customers. A few simple improvements—better staff training, hiring team members who want to provide great service, and ensuring orders are correct—could make all the difference.
I will acknowledge that there were two employees in the past who brought a level of professionalism and warmth that brightened my morning, but it seems they’re no longer with the team. Without those positive interactions, I’m left questioning whether this location is worth returning to at all.
A little effort goes a long way in today’s world. Let’s hope this feedback helps Starbucks treat the community it has entered a little better.
