Whenever i get a chance I love going to Waffle House in Bonner Springs!!! Charlene is the best server I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time! She has a high standard of cutomer service, work ethic, and a smile that brings light to darkest corners of a hard day, welcoming you into the Waffle House family!! It is a blessing to all of us for her to be at Waffle House!!!

My wife and I stopped in for a bite. We were not greeted or acknowledged, so we took a table closest to the bar. It was not busy. After 10 minutes, the wife and I decided that we could do better. At this time we decided to take our business elsewhere. Not a word from anyone asx we headed toward the exit either. I guess they've hit their gross goal for the day.

Went on Sunday for late breakfast. Sat at dirty counter and waited. with 7 people working we were ignored and not acknowledged one bit. Do better Waffle House this was inexcusable. Maybe try training employees better

First time visiting waffle house. It felt like I was in a tiny diner of the 50's. The food was great and the service was too. Will definitely be visiting again on our kansas city trips.
I'd give the food 4 1/2 the food was something I'd miss and so did the rest of the family.

I stopped here on my journey across country after having a bad evening because my heater just stopped working in my car and it's freezing out but their kindness and warm welcoming made it so much better. . Darlene greeted me with such a genuine warm welcome and Alex and Charlene were the same. Very genuine group of people. I have to say this is by far the best service ive had. This crew loves people and they have no idea how just an act of kindness goes so far. Thank you guys for making a bad situation forgotten about for a brief moment. True caring staff even at 3 a.m. :) God bless y'all!! Oh, I almost forgot to mention how the manager was just as genuine and accommodating. I wish more were like these 4. 💕 💕 🍳 🧇 🥓 ☕
