I watched an employee drop the food out of the bottom of a chicken strip basket for my daughter pick it up and put it back in as if nothing happened. When I asked for a refund they said they would issue a refund. We never received a refund. I do not recommend this establishment.
Very poor service! I had to ask about my order twice! I was there for 40 minutes before I get my order. Needless to say I was not happy! The assistant manager offered a cake or something to take home home. He told the manager that was coming on duty what it was and where and I would be back to1 pick it up at the window after I went to the grocery store. Less than an hour I drove to the window to pick it up but the manager on duty didn't remember what it was. I just left....read full review
We were driving through town with a bunch of grandkids & one of them had “an accident”….the staff were more than accommodating as we were so frazzled they even gave us an extra ice cream cone. They helped make a rough day better. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were more than taken care of. A big shout out to a caring staff!!
