We showed up 8 minutes before closing. We are not from the area, so we were unfamiliar with the area. The employee there told us the lobby was closed. But said if we go through the drive thru he would help us. What a great attitude he had. I would completely understand if we would not have gotten a 5 star service. But wow. He delivered. This place is a hit or miss. But it's unfortunate when you look forward to getting something you like and it is wrong and they assure you it's correct. Ordered the oreo brownie cupfection when she handed it to us I said I don't think this is right and she said yup has carmel on it so that's how you know. It's never came with carmel before and on the website it doesn't state it comes with carmel and the oreos are non existent. Disappointing kind of...
Outstanding visit. We just finished up a lunch of burgers and onion rings. They were fresh and hot and delicious. The staff were fast and friendly. The tables were spotless and even though it was snowy and slushy the restaurant was in excellent shape.
