Have ordered many times, service is always super slow. This last time I ordered the food was supposed to be ready and 10 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be done they tell us some of the sides we ordered were not available, after we had already paid. So we had to choose items that were cheaper items, although we had already paid the higher price. Then, they finally bring us our food and we are lacking items we did order that they didnt tell us they didnt have so I had to go inside to retrieve them. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

43 minutes for 3 sandwiches, 1 car in front of us got their food fairly fast. We watched 4 people dine in and leave with there food while we waited. 3 cars behind us got there food and left. This is insane! We could have ate a steak dinner faster and about the same money.

Ordered a smokehouse brisket got the brisket sandwich, wouldn’t be as annoying if the lady checking it before hand off wasn’t on the phone distracted checking it 10 times
I ordered this sandwich yesterday. Waited 45 minutes of my lunch break never got it. Asked for a refund and the manager basically screamed at me. Totally unacceptable! Arby's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Gunna have a hard time coming back.
