Ordered food from DoorDash and everyone’s burger was correct but mine. Which included tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles I explicitly asked to be left off. And the other time I got an order from them they had practically nothing to ordered except the chicken for my chicken sandwich.

Well, when the staff are fist fighting on shift and the manager won't respond until the cops are on sight, that speaks volumes on bad management! Do better and get better managers the ones in Chanute don't have any business managing this store.

Not the greatest food from Arby's at this location. I believe I received the last remnants of the roast beef classic. It's normally sliced and layered, this was fall apart mush in the bun. At least the curly fries were fresh and decent.

A rather bizarre location. Ordered inside. #1 classic large. Only 4 people working. 3 at first. In the first 20 minutes only 3 orders went out. To the drive through. 7 people waiting inside. Sandwiches made and fries made and just sitting there. @ 25 minutes we started approaching to find out the issue. I finally managed to leave with cold fries and cold sandwich at 30 minutes and for some reason my sandwich was salty and the roast beef was chipped and not shaved. I've never had a salty sandwich from Arby's. Seems from other reviews going back months that this is nothing new here. I should've read them first.

Horrible service and customer service... fries was hard waste of money sloppy sandwiches their sauce machine don't work guy didnt know how to take a order amd the lady was rude never going there again nothing but bad energy there
They are supposed to be open at 6 but they open later because they clean their floors at 6. They were not ready until 6:30. And, there was no coffee. The fryer wasn't on so I got my sandwich ahead of my hash browns

Waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. The guy making the food was swearing at the people in the kitchen and failed to do his job in a timely manner. There was at least 10 people standing in the dining area waiting for their orders as well... There goes an hour of my life ill never get back.

Food is great! I feel bad for the ONE lady who was working the entire store for 30 minutes while the 3 other guys were outside smoking. Shame. Long wait times. Bad atmosphere. Great food. Worth the wait not really.

I didn't get to order. It's 1225pm and when I approached the counter a young man asked to take my order, a lady in the back yelled to not take any orders. It's lunch lady, you will be busy, handle it! Good for you, you will not have to worry about me stopping in again.
