43 minutes for 3 sandwiches, 1 car in front of us got their food fairly fast. We watched 4 people dine in and leave with there food while we waited. 3 cars behind us got there food and left. This is insane! We could have ate a steak dinner faster and about the same money.

Ordered a smokehouse brisket got the brisket sandwich, wouldn’t be as annoying if the lady checking it before hand off wasn’t on the phone distracted checking it 10 times

I ordered this sandwich yesterday. Waited 45 minutes of my lunch break never got it. Asked for a refund and the manager basically screamed at me. Totally unacceptable! Arby's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Gunna have a hard time coming back.

This place is a joke. Out of buns, mozzarella sticks, and dr pepper to name a few. Avoid.

I went through drive through still had 4 hours driving to do. Ordered a drink 2 cookies and a cherry turnover. They heated them up...TOO MUCH! The chocolate chips were all melted to the package and very messy. Something in it was VERY hard! The turnover was so overcooked it was tough!
