“I love this place! It's astonishing that this I only has a 4.2 and not a full on 5! Their place is always clean when I get there, and their staff is so friendly! Not just that, but the buffet is terrific! I like the variety. To a decent salad to pizza to cheesecake! The cheesecake is my brother's favorite, and I can see why! My favorite thing is the ice cream, and though it may be down sometimes, I still love the flavors. They also have a fish tank to admire, a little party room, AND several TVs to watch!”

“We go here at-least once a week, the service is always great! Today specifically there was only 2 employees doing everything, the online orders, prep, in store orders, the phones were ringing, the person making our sandwiches answered the phone while making our food and immediately charged her gloves before continuing on making our food which I appreciated so much! “I want to begin by saying that we are big Sonic fans and that we really appreciate having our local Sonic in Chanute. We are usually very satisfied with the quality of service and our orders in Chanute. Also that I had really hoped to message the following information to the owner or manager of the Chanute store privately, but couldn't find a contact to do such. Today, we were celebrating a little something, so I swung by the Chanute Sonic to pick up some hamburgers for it and we were certainly disappointed when we unwrapped our food to find hamburger buns that were crumbly looking - missing parts of the tops with ingredients that were sloppily applied and oozing out the sides. I am quite sure that these do not meet your standards of quality control for the assembly or condition of the buns and knew that you would want to be aware. I picked our order up a little before 1:00 pm today. Since I am not finding a way to add images in the initial post, I'm hoping that I'll be able to in the comments below.”

“I only go here because of Diana in the morning. I've watched how messed up this company is for months and the conditions she works under including drug addicts that are high at work. The entire restraunt has been a mess at 6 am and I've witnessed her having to work through pilled up trash and a truck load of boxes with just her alone. I will say thank you to your for turning me onto such a great person. Hopefully she follows my advise will be working for me. Your company should have seen what you had.”
