“i have ate at TJs a decent bit i love TJs they are wonderful. the employees always greet you with a smile and they are quick on service. Which is why i am sad to report the lobby was not pleasing to the eye when i visited today. I understand this is not a five star restaurant, but unless i missed the memo that we are accepting bugs as customers now, lol i believe the lobby needs more clean up attention. That was the only thing honestly, like i said everything is always great when i visit, the food is great and the people are sweet.“

“I want to begin by saying that we are big Sonic fans and that we really appreciate having our local Sonic in Chanute. We are usually very satisfied with the quality of service and our orders in Chanute. Also that I had really hoped to message the following information to the owner or manager of the Chanute store privately, but couldn't find a contact to do such. Today, we were celebrating a little something, so I swung by the Chanute Sonic to pick up some hamburgers for it and we were certainly disappointed when we unwrapped our food to find hamburger buns that were crumbly looking - missing parts of the tops with ingredients that were sloppily applied and oozing out the sides. I am quite sure that these do not meet your standards of quality control for the assembly or condition of the buns and knew that you would want to be aware. I picked our order up a little before 1:00 pm today. Since I am not finding a way to add images in the initial post, I'm hoping that I'll be able to in the comments below.“

“Stopped by to get subs for supper. A young girl with red hair waited on my boyfriend. The young girl was the only one out front working her butt off. The other 2 workers were hiding in the back doing nothing. She apologized for the wait. My boyfriend gave her a tip for her hard work. To the other workers you could have gotten this tip if you weren't hiding from doing your job. I hope management sees this review“
