“Had the opportunity to eat here twice during our visit to Chanute. First was during the busiest time of the year- the Artist Alley and the service was 5 stars and the food (pizza) was fresh and delicious. Our second opportunity came later that evening at our class reunion when the caterer we had scheduled messed up and didn’t show up (their review to come next). Opies management and dedicated staff made it happen and once again, the food (chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans) was fresh and delicious! “Placed a large carry out order and they had everything ready right on time. Great customer service and offered plates, napkins, etc. for our extended family staying at a local hotel. Tristan, the GM, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from them again when we're all back in town together.

“I love Simple Simon's pizza. It's always on time, fresh, and tastes great! I've only ever had 1 time that the pizza dough wasn't done and they had no problem giving me a new one. Definitely deserves a 5 star, they beat every other pizza place in town.“
