“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“Landed at this McDonald's on a Wednesday evening, using the automated ordering system inside to place an order for a couple of Big Mac's and an order of fries. The wait time approached fifteen plus minutes. All the staff were working feverishly and politely, yet they seemed to be dysfunctional as a team. They did apologize for the wait. The men's restroom was in need of service (politely saying). The food was up to my standard for the expectations of McDonald's/fast food.“

“The chicken that was meant to be cooked ran away! I was eating my chicken while taking a massive shit, but all of the sudden the chicken in my bucket ran away! I was chasing it with my pants down and I may or may not have made a shit trial. The chicken however jumped on someone else's pants and started lurking the legs. “I ordered a whopper, large onion rings and an apple pie. They were excellent. Couldn't even finish all my food, but that's okay. Even though it was around 6pm it wasn't too busy and I was in and out within 10 minutes. For some weird reason the app did the order as a counter and did not give me a choice for drive thru. I did enjoy watching them prepare food orders, so it was fine.“

“I don't know what has changed within but the food quality at this particular Pappa Johns has done a 180 turn. We had stopped frequenting Pappa Johns due to lack of quality a.k.a. flavor but decided to give it one last chance and wow! It was like the Pappa Johns of old! Glad to find they had recovered what was sadly lost. Great recovery and we will recomend it to others.“
