“So proud of the Lamar DQ staff tonight. I went through the drive through and my kids noticed one of their coworkers speaking to someone outside. A woman was sitting on the ground and the DQ employee was standing next to her. I asked the girl at the window if everything was ok. She said the the lady was homeless and was asking about a shelter in the area. I went over to make sure everyone was ok and safe to find out that 2 employees were checking on her and had given her water, and the manager had stepped over next door to get her a blanket. They were taking her to fill out an application to stay in a church based shelter in town. Bravo to stepping up and helping someone in need. ❤️❤️❤️“

“Made a online order for doordash doordash never picked it up so I end up having to have someone take me to get it when I get there they didn't have it in the system so I had to show the night manager I think her name was Christy or Christina my doordash order on my email and on my doordash and she was very nice and fixed my order...“

“Tonight we stopped an got a deep dish pizza with Canadian bacon,bacon, extra cheese. We got home an something on this pizza was very soured!! We could not eat it my husband ate a piece and said this is Lamars pizza? Yes from our favorite Pizza Hut! It was no good I tried a bite an I had to spit it out! Every time we go to or through Lamar we always get Pizza Hut pizza it has always been the best we have ever ate but tonight it was awful!! We hardly ever get that way unless there’s a ball game!! I’m not sure we ever want to try their pizza again!! Please check your ingredients before giving it to the public. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else tonight!! “This location reminded me how much a great staff can change the entire experience. We arrived pretty late, and it would have been easy for the team to rush us through, but instead they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient.

The employees were upbeat, helpful, and made our sandwiches with care even near closing time. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

A big thank you to the team at this Lamar Subway for ending our day on such a positive note. Great customer service is getting harder to find, and this crew absolutely delivered.“
