Excellent customer service! I had left my purse there this summer and they had thought to call the library (my library card was on my keychain) and have them contact me to let me know. We were driving through headed to Kansas City and I really appreciated all the extra effort they made! I also had a substantial amount of cash inside and it was all there when I picked up my purse as well. Very honest people!
