I think they might sometimes get behind on orders though, because today was the second or third time that I've arrived at the store after the food should be finished and had to wait for at least five or 10 minutes.“

“9/25/2024– the staff was so sweet i went there around 8 at night, we received the wrong food so i came inside they knew exactly what i was in for before i even said anything, bit a big issue they made it up for me and they also let me keep the wrong order.. very nice“

“I really liked the older McDonalds buildings so much better. Hamburglar and Ronald McDonald and the brighter colors, yellow and red, gave McDonalds so much more character and warmth. “I bring my granddaughter here after school and occasionally we will come on a weekend. We know some of the managers and staff by name. They are always generous and if they have time visit with us briefly. My granddaughter has adopted some of them . Lovely place to go.

“What started as a mistake turned into an excellent experience and a wonderful encounter. I went back to the store tonight after receiving unsweetened tea (yuck) instead of sweet tea (yum), and was greeted and helped by two wonderful employees. I did not catch their names, but shout out to you two!!! Keep it up!!! This location is our favorite one because you guys are always so nice!!!“

“Went into this store on Wednesday 4/25/2024. They had a line in the drive through so we went inside. Inside was a lone teenage girl working. She apologized stating she had to get these on line orders done as door dashers were coming in and having to wait. I told her no worries. She was working as fast as she could but you could see the stress and frustration as the inside line began to build up and then people began leaving. The young girl again apologized for the wait again I told her not to worry about it. I asked if she was alone to which she replied “yes” I said how many orders have you got? She replied about 20. This kid had 20 orders to fill and still had drive through and walk in customers. I apologize to her and said we’d have to go to another location. I give this young lady 5 stars for her attitude as the smile never left her face even when you could see the stress on it. I can’t speak on the mgt as idk what the circumstances were that led to her being alone but I do know it should NOT have happened.Now, If that young lady sees this review just know you were doing great though we left it was NOT on you we had cold groceries and simply weren’t able to wait that long. From what I saw you have a great work ethic and a great personality which is rare today. Subway better hang tight to you because I expect you to go far in life“

“They're always amazing here! They're helpful every time I come and they are very friendly. I just love that about this pizza hut. My food is always fresh to order. It's always hot and delicious! The girl up front tonight (October 13, 2024) was great with customer service, and she was very helpful when my coupon wouldn't work!

“This is my absolute favorite subway in town! Kat and Tori (spelling) are always there and always so welcoming and friendly. My kids LOVE getting to see them make their sandwiches and they always refer to them as “sister” and sometimes remember the ingredients to their sandwiches. Today cat and Tori were even more awesome than normal. I assume making sandwiches is sometimes a thankless job, but I hope those two know their making four kiddos and me smile and they come up in conversation regularly strictly because they’re customer service is amazing!
