Went through the drive thru, and not only was our order incorrect, but it was incomplete as well. After having to turn around and drive back, our order was corrected and made again fresh, and we were given a free dessert to correct the issue. The meal correction would have been plenty, but it was a nice appeasement that they threw in a cake.
I should have just gone through the drive thru. First time I walked in for an app order I submitted 30 minutes prior, and I had to wait another 10 minutes. I know they were busy, but I've never had a problem when I went through the drive thru

Got my online order wrong but more than made up for their error when I called the store to inform them of what happened. I will definitely be eating here again, if not often given the more expensive than average menu prices.
