It's just SO BAD. There was a wait for my chicken sandwich and when they brought it out to me, the fries where old and cold. I went back and went inside to get fresh fries and it took them so long that by the time I got back to my sandwich, it was cold. While I was waiting in the lobby for my fries, I noticed how filthy the dining room was. There was debris all over the floor , the trash was overflowing, every table was dirty, and there were employees just standing around. A manager instructed an employee to go check the bathroom and her response was that she had never been trained how... it ain't rocket science, sis.

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but maybe management will read this and make some changes. We're new to the area and we frequently went to the McDonald's back home for drinks & and a quick bite. We've never had to wait at ANY McDonald's as long as we've waited in the drive through at this Chanute McDonald's. Couple of times left the drive up line prior to paying cause couldn't wait any longer. There's been times when I left cause after waiting for 8 minutes there was still no greeting over the speaker. We would LOVE to be able to frequent this establishment, as we enjoy coffee & frappes from McDonald's, but there's just not enough staff to run it. If you won't hire more employees for us, then do it for the few hard working staff that you do have, who are trying hard to make your customers happy.

Manager is EXTREMELY rude. Asked for more sauce because I had a lot of fries and nuggets and she straight up said no. One of her employees was kind enough to give me the sauce, he seemed embarrassed of her behavior. She was also yelling at her employees while doing NOTHING. She had a horrible attitude towards her customers and staff. I mourn for them and hope they can find a better job! She needs to be checked by HR and honestly, needs to be fired. She is a negative nancy and is overall, useless. Would not recommend coming here just because of her! Poor staff!

This place was Loki trash. They kept messing up our order, and didn't add anything to one of the burgers (we didn't ask for it to be plain). They weren't that busy and took forever to get our food.

Only thing is the bathroom needs to be cleaned more than normal neighbors need to be right down more normal but other than that good customer service managers are nice when employee was nails behind the counter unpleasant for bagging the order chewing on her nails watch the cameras are kind of nasty
Vegetarian options: Yes I think you need to open up both lines here have both lines open for front counter and drive-thru everybody in their own area assigned to do what they're supposed to do on a daily basis I don't do no other than that the managers ain't up front here yelling at the employees down and they need to hurry up and stuff when they're trying to hurry manager supposed to get back there and help them ketchup on prepping food and don't just stand there and yells at them good advice things need to change
