Order 2 stk egg an cheese mcgriddles, 2 burritos 2 hashbrowns through mobile app at 7am. Got there at 725. I didn't receive my food till 750 and got 2 stk egg an cheese bagels 2 burritos and 2 hashbrowns. What's the point of a mobile app??

Worst place to get food ever. If you want breakfast don’t order 20 mins before they quit breakfast or they will just cancel your order with no explanation other than they’re worthless and lazy
Waited in line for 35 minutes our food was old. The McChicken patty is hard and tough like a cracker. The fries are old and nasty. The price is too high for such sub standard food and service.

It was dirty. A manager was disciplining an employee in front of customers. There were people waiting to talk to her with their complaint and it took forever to get our food. Someone came out from the kitchen and they looked like they hadn't worn clean clothes for a long time. Nothing professional about the place. By the time our food came we didn't have an apatite. Thank goodness I don't live in Chanute so won't have a reason to go back.

Curbside order at 2:36pm, went inside was told they are waiting on my fries- salt free due to my heart condition and food came out at 3:03pm= 27 minutes for FAST FOOD!! LMAO.
Note- Two people in dining area and 3 cars in drive through. 🤪🤯👍

Most every time I go there, the wait is anywhere from 15 to 30 mins or more (one time it was 45 min). It doesn't matter if you use mobile ordering or not. Sent an email with a response that showed they didn't actually read what I sent. I keep trying to give them chances.
