I miss having pizza hut buffet in my town its a super quick easy lunch. The staff has been the kindest staff that I've encountered as a customer. Always willing to make a specific pizza for the buffet if its not out. If im wanting pizza I will pass up all of the other pizza places in chanute for the hut.

Wanted a delivery at 2 pm, did not receive the order till about 3 pm called up and was told that there was no delivery driver and door dash was not picking up. Wish someone would of told me I would of gone to pick it up. Communication is kinda key.

Tonight I ordered a pizza for my mom. It hadn't come in the ETA for delivery. I called to ask if there was an issue. The person who answered let me know they were having an issue with finding the apt. After I spoke to him he told me he would take it back out to her. He did just that. I'm very pleased with their service.

We had a great time! They let us come in a little early before the buffet to open, and then let us grab our plates when they brought the food out. The service was great and very friendly, and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

They used to do okay but they got new management a few months ago and it's been shit ever since. They got the drinks wrong, the cinnamon rolls looked horrible, and they used door dash to deliver and didn't mention that they use door dash until AFTER I ordered. Update- We all have food poisoning and one bathroom, y'all are nasty. 🤢🚽
The smell of the place is unbearable, it stunk so bad, no one was cleaning the floor. Everyone just doing whatever, floor looks so trashy. I'm even scared to know what the kitchen looks like. Service is terrible. People needs to be trained so bad, they are so lazy.
