Very upset with sonic in Chanute. I asked a question about a shake and when I got to the window two of the women working there were making fun of me for asking. When I talked to the manager he didn’t seem to care and seemed to be laughing with the workers after. What if I had a severe allergy to something in it and they made fun of me for it.

I had ordered a meal from doordash. The App said the dasher was there waiting to p8ck up order. The dasher called me and said that there was no order in my name. I was told this Sonic has done this before where they said they did not receive an order but ine was clearly made. When I called the store. The lady who answered was rude and hung up on me. I dont usually complain but this really pissed me off.

The popcorn chicken was dryer than a bad joke that your significant other's uncle makes. The carhop and the guy who took my order were friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other option because of time. It just reminded me of why I dont eat Sonic.

The servers seemed too busy competing with each other than giving a damn about anything you asked or even receiving praise poorly. Food was average sonic quality tho

I here at 9:30pm I ordered they took forever. Food never came. So went to McDonald's. Gave them my business.

Ordered 2 rt 44 drinks during happy hour. One dr pepper with cherries and vanilla, one coke zero with just vanilla. I guess they assumed i wanted cherries in the coke and put them in there, i told the lady at the window no thats not what i wanted. She suggested i take the cherries out of my coke and put them in the dr pepper, So i was like no thanks, i dont like cherries i dont want this. So they took it back. The manager comes to the window and tells me if im allergic to cherries i need to say something, i told her i never said i was allergic to cherries i just really dislike them and i never asked for them in my drink, she said okay and finally they remade my drink. So i take my husband his drink and he calls me a minute later and says his dr pepper is diet, never asked for diet doctor pepper. This place need to pay attention to orders..
