Asked for more mayo and got the whole bottle of mayo on my sandwich. Which wasn’t even closed before they wrapped in. Mayo everywhere. Completely inedible.

Today I came in.. no friendly greeting. The lady behind the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to do her job. I started to order. She told me they were out of Buffalo sauce, I said that's ok I can find some at home. Then she says, I recommend going to the other location because they have some already made up... Ok. I left to head to the other location. Those girls were working on a call in order so I waited a couple mins. No big deal. She took my order. Started it. The second girl was still finishing up a couple sandwiches before min. Understandable. I go to pay for it and use my coupon. She scans it a few times, takes another coupon from the register and scans that one. Nothing's to working. I try to find enough cash to cover it without the coupon. Mind you, there was a huge line behind me. So I understand they were overwhelmed. The other girl came over to read the coupon saying it probably doesn't cover a flatbread sandwich. She confirmed that it didn't. I didn't have enough money to pay now so I got my coupon back and left the building. Once I got to my car I read the coupons fine print. In no way shape or form did it say it wouldn't cover a flatbtead sandwich. We've also used them several times before with no issue. The place was packed so I didn't go back in to discuss what I read on the coupon. It was just a complete waste of everyone's time, when the coupon was valid and did cover the sandwich.

Thursday...server started to use bread that had leftover pieces of meat. Finally got fresh bread. Hubby had problems communicating his order. Early this morning, Friday, we both had bouts of diarrhea. My thoughts...cold Temps may not have been correct. The online form would not take the store number...invalid.

Terrible experience here , the guy that dealt with me was just impatient and rushin me and expecting me to take my sandwich without a bag like if u don’t like your job just don’t work hopefully you learn manners with people in the future wish I can give no stars
